Hand, Foot, Joint Pain & Headache: Apply oil on the painful area and rub with fingers Nasal congestion: for nasal congestion, take the oil in your fingers, suck deep into the nostrils And then apply a small amount of oil to the nose Chest Cold : Take all in your finger and apply on chest and back Head Cold : Pour 5 drops of oil in hot water and inhale the steam Tooth pain : Take a small amout of oil on the fingers and apply it in Gums near the painful teeth. 1 or 2 drops of aoil can be used along with paste or tooth powder
